Summary: GestaltValue is a bug-fix update for GestaltValue originally 
released on the January 1993 Developer CD.  GestaltValue is a set of 
routines, implemented as glue, that extend and enhance existing Gestalt 
functionality.

Features: GestaltValue makes it easy for developers to add their own 
selectors to the System.  GestaltValue provides three new functions:

FUNCTION NewGestaltValue(selector: OSType;newValue: LONGINT): OSErr;
FUNCTION ReplaceGestaltValue(selector: OSType;replacementValue: LONGINT): 
OSErr;
FUNCTION DeleteGestaltValue(selector: OSType): OSErr;
