Summary: ez_load INIT is source code to load and install drivers into the 
system heap during startup. It takes driver names from a string resource.  
This is required for Talking Heads.

Copy the INIT into your own cdev or INIT file containing a driver, then 
make an STR# resource as documented in the source.
