Summary:   Lurkers searches a directory for files that are modifiable, 
including files not in a project, files checked out for modification, and 
modify-read-only files.  It's much, much faster than the old 
"FindLurkers" script (the tool takes one minute to search the entire 
Finder source tree, the script takes forever).
