Cebada
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 10 cups water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp vanilla
Procedure
- Wash rice until it dissolves into a creamlike substance.
- Put in blender with milk, salt, vanilla and ice.
- Add sugar and/or milk to taste.
- A variation is to add fermented pineapple juice instead of milk to dilute.
